GWEN MARTIN has been a licensed Real Estate agent for over 20 years. Beginning her real estate career in Ohio, she moved to Florida and became a licensed Realtor. She knows customer service by her experiences running and operating many businesses throughout her career. She has received many awards including Rookie of the Year (Century 21), The Heritage Registry of Who's Who, and numerous sales agent of the month awards. Gwen has sold over 600 properties in the last twenty years. As a broker, she has built a business recognized by the community and was nominated for Small Business of the Year award in 2005.

Gwen is now the broker at the newest Century 21 Sunbelt Realty office located at the Shops at Surfside in Cape Coral, Florida, which is currently number one Century 21 franchise in Florida.   Century 21 Sunbelt was #1 in the world in sales 2005, and has been ranked in the top 10 in the nation for the last 15 years.

Gwen is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and holds her GRI designation. She was 12th in the nation for broker dollar sales and number of units sold for ERA (her former office) in 2006. She is also listed in the National Association of Professional Women. She has also personally owned over 100 rental properties over the last 20 years, specialized in 'flipping' spec homes and developed land parcels.  Gwen is married and has three daughters and five step children.

KIP MARTIN has a long history of helping people. He ran his family's Funeral Homes for 14 years, assisting thousands of families through one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Kip has been a Mortgage Broker for 5 years, specializing in Non-Conventional Mortgages, whether you are an investor, self employed, or have credit challenges. He is well trained in Conventional, FHA, and Non-Conventional lending. He worked extensively with large groups of investors teaching them about investing and how to work with a mortgage broker.

Kip received his Real Estate Sales Associate license in September of 2006. This is a natural extension of his training and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. Recently He has been handling REO Properties (bank foreclosures) in Southwest Florida for one of the largest banks in the country. Kip has done over 500 BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for banks on foreclosures and short sales this year alone. Kip is currently #1 sales agent with Century 21 in the region with closed sales for 2008.

TOM SEELE  has over 28 years of sales experience, his first 25 years as a Financial Advisor. Tom has successfully assisted thousands of people meet or exceed their retirement goals.
 
His achievements are: Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Round table, Recipient of the National Sales Achievement Award, Senior Field Underwriter, Member of the Presidents Club, and was ranked in the top 200 Financial Advisor in the nation.
 
After semi-retiring and relocating to Southwest Florida in 2001. Tom decided to pursue a career in real estate, as a licensed real estate sales associate at Century21 Sunbelt Realty on the  Martin Team. 

 RALPH ANGELUCCI comes to the Martin team with over 30 years experience in the  Home Building Industry.  As a member of the National Association of Home Builders since 1974 and the past president of the Home Builders Association of Lexington Kentucky and the design and quality awards he has acquired over the years, Ralph is a person in the know when it comes to the construction of a home. 

Now couple that with his understanding of the local real estate market and you have an exceptional REALTOR.  His award winning talent will not only serve you well whether you are buying or selling, but will help you find that special home or that special buyer you are looking for.

And it doesn’t stop there.  His love of Southwest Florida is quite evident in the activities he and his wife Jan can be seen doing all year long.  KARI LEFTWICH having been raised in the Caribbean and educated in Italy, brings a unique international perspective to her Real Estate expertise.  As a member of the REALTOR^R Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, along with a Degree in Design and Construction Experience in both Residential and Commercial and a Management background in Five-Star Hotels and World Class Boutique Properties Kari truly is a World Class REALTOR^R.

Having enjoyed twenty years of working in the customer service field, she understands that building a good relationship is founded on service. Her management experience in five-star hotels has provided her with the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, and has shown her how to provide them with first class service.

Her degree in design gives her the advantage to use her artistic abilities to provide design and interior décor expertise for both residential and commercial customers.  DIANE KAY HOECHERL has been in the Housing Industry for ten years where she worked for Centex Homes of SW Florida.  Diane earned many Customer Satisfaction awards by providing “10-Star Service” to the many families that she helped over the last decade.  Having grown up in South Dakota and having lived in Minnesota, Diane has a real appreciation for the warmer climate of Southwest Florida.

Diane has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota in Housing where she attained knowledge in construction technology, drafting, space planning and design. After college, Diane put her knowledge to good use while working in Historic Preservation and has had property documented in the Historic Preservation Society. She also worked within the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul Minnesota in neighbord/gentrification.

Diane enjoys the outdoors and loves landscaping, boating, fishing and hunting in her spare time.  She prepares herself each sporting season to follow her 'Minnesota teams!  GO 'Vikings, Twins, 'Wild, Timberwolves and of course The Golden GOPHERS!!!

With Diane's knowlede of construction and design and her proven award winning customer satisfacrion, it was only natural for Diane to take her career to the next level. As a current member of the National Association of REALTORS and a member of the Martin Team here at Century 21 Sunbelt Realty, Diane has not only proven herself to be a great asset to our company but has shown what an asset she is to her customers.

     JASON BLOCH combines years of sales experience with a passion for helping people. He relocated to SW Florida from Ohio seven years ago and is excited to be part of the Martin Team at Century 21 Sunbelt Realty.

With an Engineering degree and an MBA, Jason offers a broad perspective on the real estate market...and having built his career by helping other people be successful, he understands the importance of providing timely communication and customer service that turns clients into raving fans!

Jason is married and has two young children.

     I enjoy the customer service aspect of being able to assist clients as they go through the process of buying or selling a home.   This process is one of the most stressful ones a person goes through in life.  For me to be able to make this process go smoothly is in itself very rewarding.

     I like to spend a lot of time with my family vacationing and exploring new things.  I also coach my kid’s hockey team and enjoy playing in a men’s ice hockey league myself.

  SHERRY HOLMES Born and raised in Michigan, Sherry moved to Florida in 1989 where she developed a passion for real estate while working for a home builder in their model home center.  It was there that she soon realized that she was not only demonstrating the model but was helping home buyers turn their dreams of homeownership into reality. 

With as much time and effort as it takes to be a stay-at-home-mom, Sherry deserves a Bachelors Degree in Homemaking if not a Masters. Raising three children and a husband is no small task and Sherry has risen to the top of her class in knowing just what it takes to make a house a home.  This insight has given her a unique perspective into the residential real estate market.  With a love for her family and her desire to travel Sherry has turned her love for both, into an opportunity to discover some of the true treasures of Southwest Florida without having to venture far from home.

 As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the REALTOR^R Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, along with her love of Florida, her home builder sales experience and her experience in turning a house into home, Sherry brings to the Martin Team a truly unique real estate experience.
