
GWEN MARTIN has been a licensed Real Estate agent for over 20 years. Beginning her real estate career in Ohio, she moved to Florida & became a Realtor. She knows customer service by her experiences running & operating many businesses throughout her career. She has received many awards including Rookie of the Year, The Heritage Registry of Who's Who, and numerous sales agent of the month awards. She graduated from the 2009 Leadership Academy from the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers & the Beach, 2010 elected Board of Directors and 2003 Leadership from Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce. Gwen has sold over 700 properties in the last twenty years.
As a broker for 10 years, she had built many businesses recognized by the community and was nominated for Small Business of the Year award in 2005. Gwen was the broker at the Century 21 Sunbelt Realty office located at Surfside in Cape Coral, Florida. In 2010, was #36 in closed unit sales out of 4300 offices nationwide in the Century 21 system. Her office received the Centurion award from C21 in 2009 & 2010 & the Breeze award for Best Real Estate Office in 2009. The Martin Realty Group received the Century 21 Centurion award in 2009 and Century 21 Double Centurion award in 2010. In 2010, was #10 in the country for Century 21 closed unit sales and #3 in the SW region in closed unit sales & AGC sales. Also, received the 5 star Gulfshore Life Magazine award for Realtors in SW Florida for 2011.
Gwen is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Seniors Real Estate specialist (SRES), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and holds her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She was 12th in the nation for dollar sales & number of units sold for ERA in 2006. She is also listed in the National Association of Professional Women.
She has also personally owned over 100 rental properties over the last 20 years, specialized in spec homes & developed land parcels. Gwen is married & has three daughters and five step children. She enjoys playing golf, tennis, & oil painting.

Kip Martin has a long history of helping people. He ran his family's Funeral Homes for 14 years, assisting thousands of families through one of the most difficult times in their lives.
Kip has been a Mortgage Broker for 5 years, specializing in Non-Conventional Mortgages, whether you are an investor, self employed, or have credit challenges. He is well trained in Conventional, FHA, and Non-Conventional lending. He worked extensively with large groups of investors teaching them about investing and how to work with a mortgage broker.
Kip received his Real Estate Sales Associate license in September of 2006. This is a natural extension of his training and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. Recently He has been handling REO Properties (bank foreclosures) in Southwest Florida for one of the largest banks in the country. Kip has done over 500 BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for banks on foreclosures and short sales this year alone. Kip was the Number 1 sales agent for Century 21 in the South Florida Region for 2008 and a Centurion winner. In 2009, the Martin Realty Group team was in the top 10 in the region and in the top 20 in the US for closed unit sales with Century 21 and also received the Centurion award. In 2010, the Martin Realty Group was #10 in closed unit sale in the US for Century 21 and received the double Centurion award.
